Book
Club—The Bostonians by Henry James
Saturday, October 26
11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Join us for a lively discussion of Henry James’s brilliant satire
about Boston society and the women’s rights movement in America.
The Bostonians is one of James’s most provocative and
astute portrayals of a world caught between old values and the lure of
progress.
Paul Revere Program
Sunday,
October 27
11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Paul Revere comes alive in an innovative and entertaining educational
program. David Conner, star of A&E’s Biography on Paul Revere,
portrays the famous patriot in this fascinating program that includes
tales of a teenage bell-ringer for the Old North Church and the drama of
the Revolutionary War years. Conner brings to life the famous figure
while unraveling the historically incorrect Paul Revere.
Positive Impact Program
You can make a difference in Boston! Giving back is an important part of supporting our community. This year, Massachusetts ASBO is creating a Positive Impact Program focused on serving one of our community’s most important assets: the children. Check back later for more information.
