Car Rental 
Hertz Car Rental, located at the Wyndham Gettysburg Hotel, offers a 20% discount if you reserve your rental car through their office, regardless of arrival airport. Contact the Wyndham Hotel for more information at (717) 337- 1026.

Airports
For the 2013 Eagle Institute participants, bus transportation will be offered to and from the Wyndham Gettysburg Hotel for participants using these airports:

  • Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI)
  • Harrisburg International Airport (MDT)

Tuesday, July 16 - Transportation will depart from BWI and MDT at approximately 2:00 P.M. The exact departure time will be announced when all of the Eagle Institute participants' flight information is received. Contact ASBO for additional information.
Friday, July 19- Departure from the hotel to MDT and BWI will be approximately 1:00 P.M. 

If you arrive/depart from Reagan International Airport (DCA) or Dulles International Airport (IAD), you will need to arrange and pay for your own transportation.

MDT is 50 miles from Gettysburg. Allow an hour between the airport and the hotel.

Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) http://www.bwiairport.com
BWI is 60 miles from the Wyndham Hotel. Allow 90 minutes travel time between the airport and the hotel due to traffic.

Dulles International Airport (IAD) http://www.metwashairports.com/dulles
Dulles Airport is located 80 miles from Gettysburg. Travel time between the airport and the hotel is about 2 hours.

Reagan National Airport (DCA) http://www.metwashairports.com/reagan
Reagan National Airport is 90 miles from Gettysburg. Allow 2 1/2 hours travel time, due to traffic.
