Health Plans - Helping
Employees Make Appropriate Choices
This session was presented Sunday, Oct. 23, 2005 at ASBO's
Annual Meeting in Boston
Districts are offering employees broader choices in health care, including PPOs, HMOs, HRAs, HSAs, etc. The improved range of options is a benefit, but some employees are not taking full advantage of their options because they don't understand them. Learn how to educate employees about their choices, how to help them accurately assess their own and their family's risk, and then make an informed choice of a health plan that best meets their needs.
