of $289*. After Monday, September 23, or once the block has been
filled (whichever happens first), reservations will be accepted on a
space-available basis and at the prevailing rate.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure that all ASBO
Annual Meeting & Expo registrants have access to the room block and
to protect the association from fees due to last-minute cancellations,
ASBO will be implementing the following cancellation fee structure for
the 2013 Annual Meeting & Expo:
- Cancellation 90 days prior to arrival (July 26, 2013) will incur no penalty.
- Cancellation 89 days – 30 days prior to arrival (6:00 p.m., July 27, 2013 – 6:00 p.m., September 23, 2013) will incur a $75 cancellation fee.
- If you cancel after 6:00 p.m., September 23, 2013, the forfeiture amount will be equal to one night’s room rate ($289) plus applicable taxes.
Transportation
Airport: Boston Logan International Airport is approximately 6 miles from The Sheraton Boston Hotel.
Shuttle: ASBO has partnered with GoBoston Shuttle to offer discounted airport transfers. A one-way trip is $15.60. Book your transfer now at the special ASBO rate.
Taxi: Taxi service is readily available and costs approximately $30 each way.
Public Transportation: The “T” (Boston’s subway system) is available from Logan Airport to downtown Boston. For maps, schedules,and fares, visit www.mbta.com.
