Paul Swinford Honored for Distinguished Service (Oct. 24, 2007)

The
Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO) Board of
Directors surprised Paul Swinford, RSBA, with the Fred Hill Award, the
association’s distinguished service award, at the 93rd Annual
Meeting & Exhibits in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Known as the father of the Eagle Award, which recognizes school business officials who are models in the school business management profession and demonstrate outstanding leadership, Swinford has helped shape ASBO’s history and its culture. His outstanding contributions to the association have touched the lives of thousands of school business officials and the children they serve.
