2. FAX a completed copy of the print form to ASBO International at 703/ 880-7171 (FAX)

3. MAIL your completed copy of the registration form to:

You will receive 4 complimentary badges for each 10x10 space. Additional badges can be requested for $50 per badge. Refer to your Exhibitor Service Manual for the Badge Request Form or visit ASBO's Exhibits page for complete Exhibits information.

Important Registration Dates

July 30, 2010: Last day to register at the Early Bird rate. Payment must be received in the ASBO office by this date to receive the Early Bird registration discount.

August 27, 2010: Last day to pre-register for the Annual Meeting. All pre-registrations must be received in the ASBO office by this date. After this date, please plan to register on site.

August 27, 2010: No refunds will be honored past this date.

Methods of Payment

Acceptable forms of payment include check or major credit card.

PLEASE NOTE: Purchase orders may be submitted to reserve your registration, however, receipt of a purchase order does not constitute payment of dues or payment for Early Bird discount.

If full payment is not received by Friday, July 30, 2010 (the Early Bird deadline), the registrant will be invoiced the regular registration fee. All fees must be pre-paid prior to attending the meeting.

Guests

Guest registration is designed for the spouse, partner, or family of the registrant. Guest registration is not applicable for speakers or for any person eligible for ASBO International membership. See ASBO's membership eligibility guidelines for details or call ASBO at 866/ 682-2729, x7080.

All guests must register for the Annual Meeting and Exhibits and pay the guest registration fee.

The guest registration fee includes attendance to the General Sessions, Exhibit Hall, Guest Programs, and two Receptions. Guest registration does NOT permit attendance to any educational sessions.
